You applied. Now what?
Face to face Interviews
You'll interview over video or inside our premise with 3-5 Saysri team members who are prepared to ask you thoughtful questions. You'll receive our decision via email with an option to setup a feedback call.
Decision stage
Hopefully, after our hiring team debriefs, you receive an offer. If not, we always provide our candidates with thoughtful feedback for future interviews.
Manager Phone Interview
You and the hiring manager will have a conversation where you can learn more about the work, and they can assess your skills and experience. Starting at this stage, we will give personalized feedback if we decide not to move forward.
Our talent acquisition team will review your application and will contact you within 3 days about whether or not we'll move forward with your application.
Recruiter Phone Interview
The recruiter for the role will set up time to learn more about you and answer your questions.
Assessment
Depending on the role you may receive a 'take-home' assessment, like scenario-based, coding test or content assignment. Many roles have these to give a better idea of what the job is like.
